Annual reports into deaths in custody written by the State Coroner. The Coroner must investigate all deaths that occur while individuals are in police custody.

Open access

The Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009  (the GIPA Act) requires business centres of the NSW Department of Attorney General to publish 'open access information' on their websites unless there is an overriding public interest against disclosing this information. This includes the Coroner's Court. Open access information includes policy documents and documents that are tabled in Parliament.
