Publications and documents produced by the Coroners Court in NSW are available online.

Open access

The Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009  (the GIPA Act) requires business centres of the NSW Department of Communities and Justice to publish 'open access information' on their websites unless there is an overriding public interest against disclosing this information. This includes the Coroner's Court. Open access information includes policy documents and documents that are tabled in Parliament.
